June 2026: We will only be selling remanufactured control boxes WITH the prior receipt of the exact same control box from the customer. Too many times in the past year, customers have purchased a remanufactured control box because it "looked the same", yet the model # did NOT match & therefore not work for the customer. Additionally, multiple customers have chosen to NOT return their broken control box to me, therefore limiting the number of people we are able to help with their broken control box. It is typically cheaper to send the control box back to HWH for repairs, however most customers can't or don't want to deal with the time it takes to make that repair & return (2 weeks in slow times, 4+ weeks during busy).
