Refund policy

ALL SALES FINAL if customer does their own diagnosis & determination of parts needed. All HWH parts are warranted for 12 months from date of shipping.

In some instances we will return incorrectly ordered parts, but will incur a 35% restocking fee. Approval needed from RV Leveling & Roofing before returning. If no approval has been provided before returning, there is no guarantee of any refund. When parts are returned to us, we are unable to re-sell them as NEW, which costs us $$$

If rvleveling.com/Stuarts Service personnel helps determine part needed, we will exchange for correct part without charge.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. As many items we ship are heavy, please ensure you inspect the box for damage upon receipt. Do not accept delivery if the part looks to be damaged due to shipper handling! RV Leveling & Roofing is not responsible for damage incurred during shipment. If you would prefer to have your parts shipped with insurance, please call or email us to place your order.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products, New Old Stock items, and some remanufactured items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
