First of all ty for recommending the videos they helped tremendously. Pump arrived to me in NY within 2 days . Everything fit as it should and with the help of the how to videos I successfully installed this pump in a few hours! I'm one happy camper !!!
Talked to HWH tech first about symptoms. HWH tech blunt and rude. Did give us pump part number. We call RVleveling and gave them part number for checking availability. We had no idea is was a upgraded model and pump, tank and motor were larger. It was either modify brackets and/plate to hold new pump or send back. Pumps works good but jacks still do not work. Slides work good. Have 50 psi and 3500 psi. Should have returned and got regular model.

Thanks for your review & I appreciate the pain this caused. Unfortunately, there is no other option to replace the old power unit on your coach & modification to the original installation tray is necessary. HWH cannot produce the same size as previously used for many of these older coaches.
