RAP7964 - Shuttle Valve

Commonly found on almost all HWH hydraulic leveling systems. Most common systems: 310/305/610/325/625/725, but found on others as well.

This valve is threaded into the top of the manifold block and will have a U Shaped steel tube between it & the pressure port. This valve mechanically "shuttles" (spring loaded ~750 psi) to the proper position to allow fluid to pressurize & send the leveling jacks down, and then back to the retract position allowing fluid from the leveling jacks to head back to the reservoir (Store Mode). As this mechanical valve ages, it can get stuck in the pressure position, and won't allow the jacks to retract (see MI15.8813 Instruction sheet for help).

The RAP7964 shuttle valve can be used to replace the RAP6064 shuttle valve when used for the early 610 series leveling systems hydraulic control unit. The RAP8088 Shuttle Valve Tube will be needed to connect the shuttle valve to the manifold fitting.
