I must admit shop is on-site install is a hugh difference think before doing on-site work. Removal and install is fairly easy, but without a lift the complexity is increased. I had to did a hole under my RV to be able to remove and install the cylinder. With limited room lifting ~30 lb and bolting in place was difficult. I still have to finish installing the second spring. Lots to think about.....but seriously a great product 👌 👍
Great customer service, responded immediately to my request and shipped and received part within a few days
They were easy to install and right now working just fine. I'm heading on a road trip this upcoming weekend and will find out more about the operation of them further.
